This Is Conway SC- AlPhies Reef Seafood
You really need to check out AlPhies (not a typo, it’s short for Alex and Phil) Reef Seafood on 501 by-pass in the old Cerro Grande building.
AlPhies offers great quality in a casual setting with affordable pricing. They start the day with breakfast, which features an eggs benedict dish called Eggs AlPhie that incorporates lump crab. Yeah boy.
Lunch features surf and turf favorites including my favorite, a lunch portion seafood platter. I’m getting hungry writing this.
In a unique twist for Conway, they offer an early bird supper that they call their Twilight Menu. This is a four-course meal including coffee or tea starting at $9.95.
The dinner menu is a guaranteed winner with items such as Alaskan Crab legs, hand breaded clam strips, lobster, prime rib and Angus steaks. All at prices that won’t flatten your wallet.
Don’t forget dessert. They have a delicious selection of goodies made on the premises.
AlPhies is located at 621 Church Street. For more information or to place a take out order: 843-488-5004.

We Are Libertarians – 019: Where in the World is Creighton Harrington?
The guys discuss a multitude of issues, but most importantly, they celebrate the triumphant return of Creighton!
Also, a special thanks to http://rivertownradio.com/ for announcing that they are carrying our show!

We Are Libertarians – 017: Get Your Smokes While You Still Can
This week, Chris and Chris interview the owner of a roll your own tobacco shop. (Creighton is out sick.) Because of a new law, they had to lay off 3/4 of their employees on Monday. Megan of the Smoke Station chain in Indianapolis explains the real damage that government regulation has on small business owners and their employees.

Political Graffiti - Episode 37 - Independence Day Special
Our great Republic was born 236 years ago in 1776 and we at Political Graffiti pay tribute to the brilliant Founding Fathers sharing clips from speeches made during the Second Continental Congress by John Adams and a special presentation narrated by Ronald Reagan, "Freedoms Finest Hour." Happy Independence Day and God bless our American Republic.
Rivertown Movie Review - Brave
Ken and Eddie review one good...Disney/Pixars, "Brave, " and one stinker...."Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter." One word BAD!
Political Graffiti - Episode 36, Fast and Furious
Ken, John Oliver and Lucifer J, ask and answer hard hitting questions about Eric Holder and Barack Obama's involvement in Operation Fast and Furious the Mexican gun running operation that has killed hundreds if not thousands. Watergate on steroids!
Political Graffiti - Episode 35
John is under the weather this week so Ken is joined by Lucifer J. and The Loon News' Little Lonnie as the NY Times best Seller list is headed up by two, count 'em two Books that justifiably slam Obama. Obama loses The Obama Girl as well as voters across the board making November look mighty good right now. Eric Holder in the hot seat and is The White House leaking covert intelligence secrets to try and bolster Obama in an election year? Oh, and Obama has a new campaign strategy.....blame Bush....yeah that's original, all this week on Political Graffiti.
Rivertown Movie Review- Prometheus
This week, Ken, Eddie and friends (yes, they have some, believe it or not) review Prometheus. The scores ranged from 3.5 to 4.5 so the guys really liked it. But beware, this is not Sygorney Weaver's Alien movie. This is more mystery and philosophy than boo. Creatures abound along with questions of faith and the origin of people...and stuff.
